At HBADA Official, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ergonomic seating experience. If your chair doesn't meet your expectations, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the chair and pack all components, including the manual and hardware, into the original shipping box to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item for original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
